EU Shipping Policy
All EU orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner Bleckmann, located in the Netherlands. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET/CEST on working days (Monday – Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has begun processing it can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel, please do so before the cutoff time by following our step-by-step cancellation guide.
